Salary - up to £65,000 (DOE)

Project Centre is growing, and we’re looking for a commercially-minded strategist to help shape where we go next.
As Head of Market Strategy & Growth, you’ll sit at the heart of our growth ambitions, working with senior leadership, technical teams, account managers, BD and marketing to identify and inform opportunities, understand markets and turn insight into action.

- Turn market, client and performance data into clear commercial insight.
- Support senior leadership with strategic planning, reporting and growth priorities.
- Help coordinate major pursuits, bids and strategic opportunities.
- Provide intelligence on clients, competitors, procurement and market trends.
- Help teams prioritise opportunities and convert them into tangible growth.
- Build dashboards and reporting that give visibility of our pipeline and performance.
- Identify emerging markets, clients, sectors and opportunities.
- Connect teams across Project Centre, ensuring everyone is focused on the opportunities that matter.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in strategy, growth, business development, commercial planning, market intelligence, consultancy or a related field.
- Analytical and commercially curious, with the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations and compelling stories.
- Confidence working with senior leaders and influencing teams across the business.
- Experience within professional services, engineering, infrastructure, consultancy or local government would be valuable, alongside an understanding of local government procurement.
