Via is supporting a rapidly growing international software business to recruit a Head of Marketing.
This is a rare opportunity to lead and transform a global marketing function within a high-growth B2B SaaS organisation operating across Europe, North America and APAC.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll shape the global marketing strategy, align international teams and drive initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth, strengthen the brand and modernise marketing operations.

The Role
As Head of Marketing, you'll lead the evolution of the company's global marketing function, bringing together regional teams, improving processes and creating a scalable marketing engine that supports continued international growth.
You'll work closely with executive leadership across Sales, Product and Customer Success to develop marketing strategies that generate demand, strengthen brand positioning and deliver measurable business impact.
This is a strategic leadership role with the opportunity to influence the future direction of a fast-growing international software business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute the global marketing strategy across multiple products, brands and international markets
- Lead marketing transformation programmes, including CRM, marketing automation and website consolidation
- Drive demand generation, pipeline growth and marketing ROI
- Implement AI-powered marketing tools and automation to improve efficiency and performance
- Own marketing forecasting, reporting and performance metrics
- Partner with Sales, Product and executive leadership to align marketing with commercial objectives
- Lead global brand, communications, PR and corporate marketing initiatives
- Support and develop regional marketing teams while ensuring consistency across international markets
- Build scalable marketing processes and best practices across the organisation
- Manage agency relationships, budgets and strategic marketing investments

You'll also have:
- Experience leading marketing within a B2B SaaS, software or technology business
- A proven track record of delivering marketing transformation programmes
- Strong commercial understanding of pipeline generation, demand creation and marketing ROI
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation and modern GTM strategies
- Experience working across international markets and multi-brand organisations
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing marketing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience implementing AI-enabled marketing tools and processes
