Via is supporting a rapidly growing international software business to recruit a Head of Marketing.

This is a rare opportunity to lead and transform a global marketing function within a high-growth B2B SaaS organisation operating across Europe, North America and APAC.

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll shape the global marketing strategy, align international teams and drive initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth, strengthen the brand and modernise marketing operations.

If you're an experienced marketing leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, leading transformation programmes and delivering commercial results, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As Head of Marketing, you'll lead the evolution of the company's global marketing function, bringing together regional teams, improving processes and creating a scalable marketing engine that supports continued international growth.

You'll work closely with executive leadership across Sales, Product and Customer Success to develop marketing strategies that generate demand, strengthen brand positioning and deliver measurable business impact.

This is a strategic leadership role with the opportunity to influence the future direction of a fast-growing international software business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
