Job Description
You will build and lead inploi’s marketing function from the ground up, moving the company from a proven business to a global scale-up. This 0→1 role focuses on enterprise B2B demand generation, positioning, and sales enablement, acting as trust infrastructure to help win complex deals as the company expands into the US market.

What You Will Do
- Define and own the core market positioning and narrative, translating complex product features into clear, high-value customer outcomes.
- Build a repeatable content and demand engine focused on buyer education, trust-building, and account engagement to drive high-quality enterprise pipeline.
- Partner deeply with Sales and Product teams to create sales enablement tools and product marketing materials that increase win rates and ACVs.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record in enterprise B2B SaaS marketing with experience navigating complex buying groups and multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong evidence of building or scaling marketing functions in early-stage environments, showing both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
- Exceptional writing skills and a commercial mindset with the ability to leverage AI for research, creation, and operational automation.
