About Andersen EV Plc

Andersen EV Plc is seeking an experienced and strongly commercially driven Head of Marketing to join the senior management team in driving brand awareness and continued sales growth over the coming years.

Andersen has an existing highly valued position as the manufacturer of market leading design lead home charging units in the UK.

The company has partnerships with premium car manufacturers including Jaguar Landrover, Porsche, Rolls Royce, Renault, Alpine and Geely Automotive as well as leading energy companies.

The company's sales have over doubled in the last 9 months, and this rapid growth is expected to continue in coming years.

  • Managing a substantial Paid Media (Google and Meta) budget
  • Increasing brand awareness through PR and innovative campaigns
  • Planning and executing social media campaigns.
  • Developing and operational control of a multi-million pound marketing budget focused at driving sales and increasing brand awareness and strengthening Andersen's positioning as market leader for quality, design, reliability, and technical leadership.

In addition, the successful applicant will be required to:

  • Oversee the customer journey across Andersen’s acquisition channels, website, quote process, CRM communications and post-purchase experience.
  • Develop lifecycle, referral and customer advocacy programmes that increase conversion, retention and recommendation.
  • Define a clear brand strategy to ensure our premium position in the market is upheld.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

  • At least 3 years marketing experience in a senior management position in the UK EV home charging market or other relevant EV industry (essential)
  • Be commercially focused, hands-on and have demonstrated success in value for money marketing campaigns
  • Have demonstrated people management skills
  • Experience in managing innovative PR campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a Commercial and Sales team assisting them to achieve ongoing rapid sales growth
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have an entrepreneurial approach to developing and executing marketing ideas

Location

Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Andersen's Head Quarters at Stewartby in Bedfordshire and whilst the position involves UK travel the job is largely HQ office based 5 days a week
