The Role

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading Percival's marketing strategy across paid acquisition, brand marketing, retail marketing, wholesale support, and partnerships.

This role requires a marketer who can balance brand-building with commercial performance, ensuring that every marketing initiative contributes to customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term brand equity.

Working closely with the Founder, Creative, E-commerce, Wholesale, and Retail teams, you will own the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, oversee customer acquisition channels, support key wholesale relationships, and lead the successful launch of all collaborations and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Growth

  • Own Percival's paid strategy across social, search, affiliate, and emerging channels.
  • Manage budgets, agency relationships, and channel performance to deliver efficient growth.
  • Optimise key metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, and LTV through continuous testing and analysis.
  • Provide clear reporting and actionable insights to support commercial decision-making.

Brand Marketing

  • Lead the annual brand and campaign calendar across all customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with Creative to deliver impactful campaigns, launches, and content.
  • Ensure consistency of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
  • Drive awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance across key markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
