📣 Head of Marketing & Design
£70,000–£75,000 + performance-related bonus | London
SAVVY Recruitment is partnering with an established international B2B media and events business to find an experienced Head of Marketing & Design.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a multidisciplinary team of nine across marketing and design. You’ll translate wider business strategy into high-performing campaigns, with responsibility for driving ticket revenue, growing audience engagement and maintaining creative excellence across a varied portfolio of events, content and digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of six marketers and three designers
- Deliver integrated campaigns across email, social, paid media, content, PR and digital
- Own marketing’s contribution to ticket revenue, subscriptions and audience growth
- Establish clear KPIs and use performance data to continually improve ROI
- Oversee brand consistency and creative quality across digital, events and print
- Work closely with commercial, editorial, operations and senior leadership teams
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing automation, technology and internal processes
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers and technology partners

Requirements
We’re looking for someone with:
- 7–10+ years of progressive marketing experience
- At least 2–3 years’ experience leading and developing a team
- A strong background in B2B marketing, ideally within events, media, publishing or a related sector
- A proven ability to deliver measurable revenue growth through integrated campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital channels, including email, paid media, social, content and SEO/SEM
- Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation and analytics tools
- A commercial, data-led mindset alongside a strong eye for brand and creative quality
- The confidence to remain hands-on while leading at a strategic level
