Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing Location: Cheshire | Salary: £75,000
We are working with an innovative business that is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing to lead and scale its marketing function. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for developing and executing a marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will own the full marketing function, driving growth through digital channels, brand development, product marketing, customer lifecycle campaigns, and performance marketing. Marketing is viewed as a key revenue driver, with real influence at leadership level.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the marketing strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
- Lead demand generation across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, content, and website optimisation.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion.
- Manage brand, PR, communications, content, and product marketing.
- Support product launches and sales enablement activity.
- Develop customer lifecycle campaigns to improve engagement and retention.
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and platforms including Salesforce and HubSpot/Pardot.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise activity based on ROI.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support commercial goals.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience leading marketing within a B2B technology or SaaS environment, with a strong track record of delivering measurable growth.
- Strong digital marketing and demand generation background.
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and marketing automation platforms.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue impact.
