Head of Marketing | Central London (Hybrid) | Up to £90k plus bonus
We're working with a fast-growing, global fitness tech business on a senior marketing hire. They provide a platform for personal trainers, gyms, and fitness brands to create, sell, and scale their coaching online.
The role:
- Lead a team of five across performance, organic growth and content, social, brand and campaigns, and design
- Directly manage the Performance Marketing Manager and own the quality of acquisition decisions
- Build out organic growth, including SEO and AI/LLM discoverability, a channel that is ready to be unlocked
- Get the team behind new product and revenue launches
- Partner closely with a dedicated Head of Growth & Data who owns conversion, experimentation, and attribution

What you'll bring:
- 5+ years in a senior marketing role in a digital-first SaaS, subscription, or marketplace business
- Personal accountability for a CAC, LTV, or paid acquisition number
- Experience managing a paid media specialist day to day
- A good working knowledge of SEO and content strategy, plus a strong brand instinct
- Confidence with Google Ads, Meta, and GA4 (or similar)
