About the Company

Sela is a dynamic creator of spectacular experiences across the sports and entertainment industries. Building on a world-class reputation and recent international success across London and Los Angeles, we have established a global office in London to develop and deliver world-leading projects outside the Middle East. Our ambition is to build a global portfolio of sports and entertainment properties, providing commercial, operational, creative, and strategic expertise. As part of this growth, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing for a 6-month fixed-term contract to lead our marketing function, drive integrated B2B and B2C campaigns, and elevate our brand footprint across international markets.

About the Role

The Head of Marketing (6-Month FTC) will hold end-to-end accountability for designing, executing, and optimising marketing strategies across our international portfolio. Operating at both a strategic and tactical level, you will lead corporate (B2B) brand positioning while overseeing consumer (B2C) marketing execution for major sports and entertainment properties. This role requires a proven leader comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-profile international environment. You will work closely with internal executives, international rights holders, corporate partners, event teams, and global creative agencies to maximize brand impact, drive revenue, and deliver world-class audience engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
