HEAD OF MARKETING

Build the Future of Marketing for One of Professional Audio's Most Respected Brands

Some brands follow trends. Allen & Heath on the other hand, has helped shape them for more than 55 years.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and delivering the global marketing strategy.
  • Leading digital marketing, content, communications, CRM and events activity.
  • Driving brand awareness, lead generation and commercial performance.
  • Managing and developing a high-performing marketing team.
  • Supporting successful product launches and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Building strong relationships with distributors, dealers and key stakeholders.
  • Owning marketing budgets and ROI measurement.
  • Using insight and analytics to guide decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Working closely with Sales, Product Management and Leadership teams to achieve business objectives.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience leading a marketing function or senior marketing team.
  • Strong strategic and commercial thinking.
  • Experience across digital marketing, demand generation and brand development.
  • A track record of delivering measurable business results.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • The confidence to influence at senior leadership level.

Experience within technology, manufacturing, electronics, professional audio or related sectors would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
