Job Description
As Odin’s first Head of Marketing, you will transform organic brand pull into a deliberate, high-growth engine. This hands-on creative role focuses on building a sophisticated presence for an audience of VCs and founders. You’ll own the entire marketing stack—from brand voice and creative strategy to pipeline attribution and growth experiments.

What You Will Do
- Set the creative bar for Odin’s brand voice, personally shipping high-quality copy, landing pages, and lead magnets.
- Own the inbound marketing-qualified pipeline, identifying the two or three key channels that drive real opportunities for sales.
- Design and execute experiments across PLG, organic search, events, and social, turning successful tactics into repeatable, scalable systems.

- Combines creative craft with a data-driven focus on pipeline and revenue rather than just engagement or output volume.
- Operates with extreme autonomy, shipping experiments and making strategic decisions without waiting for validation or a large team.
