About Dara
Dara is building a privacy-first health intelligence platform that helps people connect fragmented health information, understand patterns across their lives, and make better-informed decisions about their wellbeing.
We are looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing to build Dara’s audience, establish our voice, and turn our ideas into a consistent content, community, and partnerships engine. This is an early-stage role for someone who can set the strategy and execute it—from writing copy and editing videos to developing partnerships and measuring growth. Can be part-time or full time based on experience.
What you’ll do
- Own Dara’s marketing strategy, editorial calendar, channel plan, and day-to-day execution.
- Create 2–3 Instagram carousel infographics per week, including concepts, research, copy, captions, and calls to action.
- Produce at least one Reel per week, including scripting, editing, captions, graphics, audio, and thumbnails.
- Write scripts, hooks, and recording briefs for weekly founder videos, then edit and repurpose the footage.
- Write weekly LinkedIn posts for the founder and Dara.
- Plan and publish content for X/Twitter and TikTok, adapting ideas to each platform.
- Build Dara’s presence in relevant Reddit communities through helpful, transparent participation—not promotional spam.
- Manage ongoing social listening, comments, replies, direct engagement, and relationship-building across priority channels.
- Identify and approach relevant partners, creators, clinicians, researchers, communities, newsletters, and aligned brands.
- Secure podcast interviews, media opportunities, newsletter features, speaking engagements, and collaborations for the founder and Dara.
- Develop email newsletters, launch campaigns, landing-page copy, and initiatives that convert attention into waitlist or beta participation.
- Track performance, run content experiments, and provide a concise weekly report on results and learnings.
- Create efficient systems for content production, approvals, repurposing, scheduling, asset management, and reporting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About you
