Head of Marketing
Location: London
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Head of Marketing – Restaurant Group
Our client, an ambitious and fast-growing restaurant group with a portfolio of successful venues across London, is looking for an experienced and creative Head of Marketing to lead marketing strategy and drive brand growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a proven track record of building successful brands.
The Role
As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy across our restaurant portfolio. Working closely with senior leadership and operations teams, you will drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, improve customer retention, and maximise revenue through innovative campaigns and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the restaurant group.
- Lead brand development and ensure consistency across all locations.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, SEO, and website content.
- Manage annual marketing budgets and optimise return on investment.
- Drive customer engagement, loyalty programmes, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with operations teams to support new restaurant launches and seasonal initiatives.
- Build relationships with media, influencers, agencies, and key partners.
- Analyse marketing performance using KPIs, customer insights, and campaign analytics.
- Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering creativity and high performance.
- Identify market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee content creation, photography, videography, and brand communications.

About You
Our client is looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Previous experience within lifestyle, hospitality, restaurants, food & beverage, or leisure industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to translate marketing into measurable business results.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- A creative mindset combined with strong analytical abilities.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and customer experience.
