About the Role
- Owning EMEA pipeline generation: marketing is measured on the same numbers as Sales
- Leading Account-Based Marketing: selecting and tiering target accounts with Sales, and running multi-touch campaigns against tier-1 and tier-2 lists
- Accelerating live deals through executive dinners, roundtables and 1:1/1:few sessions built around named accounts
- Building account-specific sales enablement, including battlecards, ROI materials and tailored messaging
- Activating the technology and channel partner ecosystem for co-sourced pipeline, and identifying new partners
- Running weekly pipeline reviews with Sales

About the Candidate
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS or FinTech marketing
- Direct accountability for a pipeline or bookings number, not just campaign delivery
- Strong forecasting discipline and comfortable being measured like a revenue function
- Deep Salesforce and HubSpot fluency, plus ABM tooling experience (6sense, Demandbase or similar)
- Experience partnering day-to-day with Sales/Revenue leadership
- Strong familiarity with EMEA financial services and alternative investments accounts

About the Package
- Basic salary of £110,000 – £130,000 + Bonus
