Role Description
The Head of Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for rupato, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets. This full-time, on-site role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom, and requires close collaboration with leadership, sales, product, and other cross-functional teams.

- Developing and implementing integrated marketing plans
- Overseeing brand positioning and messaging
- Managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Tracking performance using analytics and KPIs

The role also involves building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, establishing processes, and driving continuous optimization of marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Marketing Management and Market Planning, including the ability to design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong background in Market Research, with experience in analyzing customer insights, competitor landscapes, and industry trends to inform decisions.
- Proven track record in Sales collaboration, including supporting sales teams with campaigns, materials, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Skills in Public Relations, brand storytelling, and managing external communications to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Experience leading and developing marketing teams, with strong people management and mentoring capabilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM or marketing automation systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- Prior leadership experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a growth-oriented or innovative organization.
