We’re hiring: Head of Marketing | International B2B SaaS Platform | £130k–£160k + Bonus | Remote-first (UK/International travel)
We’re partnering with an international software group that operates across Europe, North America and APAC, providing technology solutions to customers in the built environment, engineering and infrastructure sectors.
Following sustained growth and a number of acquisitions, the business is looking to appoint a Head of Marketing to unify and modernise its global marketing function. This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the CRO, combining strategic leadership with hands-on transformation.
You'll be responsible for shaping the global marketing strategy, aligning regional teams, improving marketing performance and leading key initiatives across brand, digital, CRM, automation and AI.
This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing international software business, working closely with executive leadership to drive commercial growth and build a best-in-class marketing function.

What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute the global marketing strategy across multiple products, brands and regions
- Lead major transformation initiatives including website consolidation, CRM standardisation and marketing automation programmes
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled marketing and sales processes to improve efficiency and performance
- Own pipeline generation, forecasting, reporting and marketing performance metrics
- Partner closely with Sales, Product and Leadership teams to align marketing activity with business growth objectives
- Lead brand strategy, communications, PR and corporate marketing initiatives
- Provide governance and support to regional marketing teams, ensuring consistency across international markets
What we’re looking for:

- Experience leading marketing within a B2B SaaS, software or technology business
- Track record of delivering marketing transformation projects, including CRM, marketing automation or website programmes
- Strong commercial mindset with ownership of pipeline, growth, lead generation and marketing ROI
- Experience operating within international, multi-brand or acquisition-led organisations
- Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools, automation and modern GTM approaches
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively at executive level
- Experience within construction technology, engineering software, infrastructure technology, property technology or similar sectors would be advantageous
