πŸ’° Revenue: Β£5M ARR
+πŸ“ˆ Funding Journey: $10M
+πŸ‘© No of Employees: 35
πŸ“ Locations: London

πŸ“£ Summary:
A high-growth B2B SaaS business helping enterprise customers navigate increasingly complex regulatory and sustainability requirements across global supply chains. Operating at the intersection of climate, regulation, and enterprise software, the business has established strong product-market fit and is now focused on scaling its go-to-market engine, improving conversion efficiency, and accelerating revenue growth. Marketing currently contributes a significant proportion of the overall pipeline, making this a highly commercial leadership role with substantial visibility across the business.

Job Summary:
As Head of Marketing, you will join the leadership team and take ownership of the company's marketing strategy, pipeline generation, and GTM execution. This is not a traditional brand-led marketing role. Strong foundations already exist across content, demand generation, paid acquisition, events, and thought leadership. The focus is now on improving pipeline quality, conversion efficiency, ICP segmentation, and marketing's contribution to revenue.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
