Head of Marketing

Luxury hospitality – multi-brand
London
£70-90,000 salary plus bonus and benefits
Working week: Typically, 4 days in the office with flexibility around business needs

We're partnering with one of the most recognised hospitality groups to appoint a Head of Marketing who will play a key role in shaping the future of a renowned portfolio of hospitality brands.

Working alongside the Director of Marketing, you'll help drive brand growth, guest engagement, and commercial performance across the UK market. This is a broad leadership role spanning integrated marketing, programming, communications, PR, partnerships, content, and guest experience.

You'll work within a talented marketing team whilst collaborating with stakeholders across operations, ensuring every campaign and activation reflects the exceptional standards the brands are known for.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the delivery of brand and marketing strategies across a hospitality portfolio.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across marketing, local marketing, social media, PR, partnerships, events, and content.
  • Develop and execute annual marketing and activation calendars that drive guest engagement and commercial performance.
  • Champion brand consistency across every guest touchpoint while supporting the ongoing evolution of multiple hospitality brands.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Culinary, Design, Sales, and Commercial teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.
  • Work closely with multiple agencies to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI, using data and insight to continually optimise activity.
  • Work with regional leadership teams to ensure global campaigns are successfully executed across all markets.
  • Support new venue openings, brand launches, repositioning projects, and major creative initiatives.

About you

You'll be an experienced senior marketing leader who thrives within premium hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury consumer brands.

You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoy working across multiple brands within a fast-moving international business.

You need to be incredibly well-organised and able to project manage multiple core projects across the department.

You'll bring

  • Significant senior marketing leadership experience within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Strong brand marketing expertise with experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • A deep understanding of the full marketing mix, including PR, partnerships, and guest engagement.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, analyse campaign performance, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience working across multiple departments and international markets.
  • A collaborative leadership style and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences through great marketing.
