Imagine standing at the top of the Empire State Building, taking in the breathtaking view. From the online booking to the seamless entry, every part of your ticketing experience was designed and supported by Ventrata. An industry-leading SaaS platform that helps attractions, tours, and sightseeing activities to create memorable experiences.

Backed by a passionate team, headquartered in London and with offices in Brno, Lisbon, and remote teams worldwide, we're expanding rapidly across multiple markets and verticals. Our mission is to help businesses of all sizes scale and grow while preserving their unique identity and spirit.

Be a part of something extraordinary, where your ideas and contributions truly matter. Let's shape the future of travel together.

We run a lean, high-velocity organization where leadership requires direct execution. As our new Head of Marketing, your mandate combines high-level oversight with hands-on output, transitioning our marketing efforts to a repeatable, programmatic engine. In collaboration with business stakeholders, you will personally architect our technical enterprise messaging, co-author strategic joint-marketing campaigns with global distribution partners (OTAs and resellers), reinforce customer advocacy, and manage our internal creative team. This role prioritises product marketing, enterprise sales enablement and customer advocacy over traditional volume-based demand generation.

About The Role

Your mission is to position Ventrata as the leading enterprise platform for attractions, tour operators, activity providers and cultural venues by building a high-performing marketing function that attracts new customers, strengthens existing relationships and delivers a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities for Sales.

You'll own the Marketing function end to end, with the autonomy to shape strategy, develop the team and drive execution. You'll lead the campaigns, processes and technology that help more of the world's leading visitor experience businesses discover, evaluate and choose Ventrata.

Building on Ventrata's market-leading product, growing brand and strong foundations, you'll raise the standard of marketing through modern expertise, commercial focus and disciplined execution. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll turn strategy into action, create momentum, test new ideas and ensure the team delivers high-quality work at pace.

You'll lead and develop an established in-house team covering events, content, video and design, while evolving the function as the business grows. Working closely with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and the Sales & CRM Administrator, you'll ensure every initiative is commercially focused, measurable and accurately tracked in HubSpot.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
