Head of Marketing – FinTech

Location: UK / Europe / US – Remote/Hybrid

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-funded, early-stage FinTech business building innovative infrastructure for the global financial ecosystem.

As the company enters its next phase of growth, they are looking for a Head of Marketing to own and execute the marketing function.

This is a highly hands-on role. The strategy and direction are established; the priority now is finding an experienced FinTech marketer who can refine where needed, build the marketing engine and deliver.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will lead marketing across positioning, content, sales enablement, demand generation, communications, events, and performance.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to translate a complex proposition into clear, credible messaging for sophisticated institutional audiences.

You’ll be equally comfortable shaping go-to-market plans and personally writing content, building decks, running campaigns, or analysing performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
