Head of Marketing

London (Hybrid) £90,000

We're working with a founder-led health and fitness SaaS business, built over eight years and trusted by thousands of coaches worldwide, that's scaling from around £2M ARR to a £10M target over the next three to five years. They're looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the team and own marketing's contribution to that growth.

This is a senior leadership role, but not one that sits far away from the numbers. You'll stay close enough to CPL, CAC, lead quality and trial-to-paid conversion to challenge decisions, coach your team, and know what good looks like. Retention is strong, growth from here depends on marketing becoming a genuine performance engine, and this role exists to own that.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning marketing's contribution to the coach growth and revenue target, accountable directly to the COO and leadership team
  • Directly managing a Performance Marketing Manager, with real scrutiny over CPL and CAC decisions, cheap leads don't count as a win if they don't convert
  • Directing organic growth and content strategy, including SEO and AI/LLM discoverability, a channel that's currently under-invested and needs fixing
  • Leading a team of five across performance, organic growth, social, brand and design, so everything's joined up behind quarterly goals
  • Helping activate new revenue lines, including an upcoming AI programming launch, working closely with Product
  • Deciding which events and activations earn their place on the calendar and budget

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in a senior marketing role inside a fast-moving, digital-first SaaS, subscription or marketplace business, personally accountable for a CAC, LTV or paid acquisition number, not overseeing one from a distance
  • Experience managing a Performance Marketing Manager or similar paid media specialist day to day, not just commissioning an agency
  • Working knowledge of SEO and content fundamentals, enough to direct and hold an organic lead accountable
  • A strong brand instinct too, this is performance-first, not performance-only
  • Confidence with Google Ads, Meta and GA4 or an equivalent analytics stack
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, the team and structure are still evolving and you'll help shape them
