Role: Head of Marketing (Full-Stack) – Luxury Investment & Retail

Location: Monument, London

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 Depending on Experience

Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (1 day remote per week)

About Hackstons
We are a reputable and multifaceted asset ownership, retail, and e-commerce business based in London, specialising in fine wine and luxury spirits. We empower individuals to build wealth through the acquisition of fine and rare wine, whisky, and spirits, whether in cask or bottle form. Our services include education, secure premium insurance, and tailored storage solutions for our clients. Additionally, we offer an unparalleled, curated range of products in both our physical and online retail stores.

The Role
This is a full-stack Head of Marketing role, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution across team management, performance marketing, lead generation, CRM, and content. You will own the marketing strategy for our cask whisky investment division while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver and optimise campaigns. You’ll lead an internal team, manage specialist partners, and build a scalable marketing function that drives qualified leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. While the role will support wider retail and eCommerce marketing activity where required, its core focus will be the continued growth of Hackstons’ cask whisky ownership division and the optimisation of the lead generation funnel from acquisition through to conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Own the marketing strategy for lead generation, customer acquisition, and commercial growth.
  • Set quarterly priorities, KPIs, and performance targets.
  • Shape brand direction within the luxury investment space.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate spend for maximum ROI.
  • Act as the primary operator within the marketing team, stepping in hands-on when required and covering operational gaps during staff absence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
