Head of Marketing

Are you an experienced 360° marketer with a background in premium drinks? Do you have experience leading everything from brand strategy and NPD through to Trade, Consumer, Ecommerce and PR? Are you looking for an autonomous senior marketing role within an entrepreneurial drinks business, with the flexibility of a three-day working week?

MacGregor Black is partnering with an ambitious Premium Spirits business on the search for a Head of Marketing. This is a London-based position, working 3 days per week.

As the business enters its next stage of growth, they are looking for an experienced marketing leader to take ownership of the wider marketing strategy while remaining close to execution. Working alongside the Founder and Commercial Director, you will have significant autonomy to shape marketing activity across the UK and international markets.

This is a genuinely 360° role covering Brand, Trade and Consumer Marketing, Ecommerce, New Product Launches, PR and through-the-line activation. You will also manage an existing Brand Manager, providing mentorship and supporting their continued development within the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
