The Role: Chief Marketing Officer (Marketing Leader)

Your mission is clear: to drive go-to-market (GTM) expansion while thinking in strategies but executing in hands-on sprints.

You’ll report directly to our CEO and operate at the commercial heart of the business, owning everything from brand and SEO to vertical and market-specific GTM strategies.

This is not a traditional leadership position—we want a visionary who inspirés yet executes, who thinks bold but downloads in sprints.

Your Tech Environment

At Peratera, you’ll work in a fast-moving fintech environment with global implications.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for entering new markets (European, CIS, MENA, etc.)
  • Target verticals such as:
    • E-commerce
    • iGaming
    • Travel
    • Marketplaces
    • Other high-value B2B verticals

Brand & Messaging

  • Define brand identity, visual positioning, and tone of voice
  • Craft product messaging frameworks that resonate with different segments (merchants, fintech partners)
  • Oversee messaging across all marketing channels

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
