Nviron is building the managed services business the North West turns to first. That means clear services, a brand people recognise, and growth that comes from a plan rather than chance.

We want a Head of Marketing to make that happen.

This is a pipeline role, not a brand role. You'll build the demand engine that puts Nviron in front of the right businesses before they know they need us, and you'll carry a number for the opportunities it creates.

You're not here to make us look nice. You're here to make the phone ring.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll do:

  • Build the demand engine from the ground up: campaigns, content, events, LinkedIn, email, website, and paid
  • Shape how the market sees Nviron and make our story land with business owners and finance directors
  • Direct our creative agency and make full use of vendor marketing funds from Dell and Microsoft
  • Turn what we win and lose into insight that shapes what we sell next

What we're looking for:

  • B2B demand gen experience. You've built pipeline and can talk about the numbers
  • Hands-on across digital channels and comfortable managing agencies
  • Happy to own a target and be measured on it
  • IT services or MSP experience is a bonus, not essential
