Head of Marketing

Central Bedfordshire – Hybrid

We’re working with an established and growing business looking for an ambitious Head of Marketing to lead and develop its marketing function.

This is a senior, commercially focused opportunity with real scope to influence strategy, strengthen the brand and drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities for a Head of Marketing

  • Lead and deliver the overall marketing strategy
  • Lead, support and develop the marketing team
  • Drive campaigns, lead generation and commercial performance
  • Oversee digital marketing, content, social media, CRM and automation
  • Support business growth and new initiatives
  • Manage PR, events and external agencies
  • Work closely with Sales and Senior Leadership to support wider business objectives
