Head of Marketing, seyartech

Location: New Znata, Tripoli, Libya
Type: Full-time

Who We Are

seyartech is Libya's first structured digital vehicle marketplace. We're building the platform that finally organises how Libyans buy and sell cars, replacing chaotic Facebook groups with something people can actually trust. We're early, we're moving fast, and we need someone who can build a brand people remember.

The Role

We're looking for a Head of Marketing to own everything seyartech looks, sounds, and feels like. This isn't a role where you manage an agency and check boxes. You have a genuinely good eye, you obsess over details other people miss, and you can take a rough idea and turn it into something people stop scrolling for.

You'll own marketing end to end: strategy, content, design, campaigns, and brand. You'll keep building and refining the seyartech aesthetic as we grow from zero to Libya's most recognised car brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Do

  • Own the seyartech brand identity and keep it sharp, consistent, and evolving across every touchpoint
  • Design and direct all visual content: social posts, campaigns, dealer materials, app store assets, brand collateral
  • Plan and execute our launch campaign and ongoing content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and freelancers when we need extra hands
  • Work closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • Turn platform data (new listings, dealer milestones, market trends) into content people actually want to see
  • Build and manage physical marketing materials for our dealer partners: stickers, banners, sales collateral
  • Keep an eye on what's working and adjust fast. This is not a set-it-and-forget-it role

What We're Looking For

  • A genuinely strong eye for design. Show us your portfolio, not your job titles
  • Experience running marketing end to end, ideally at a startup or fast-moving brand
  • Comfortable in design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe, whatever you use to make things look good)
  • Strong sense of Libyan/Arabic audience and culture. You know what resonates locally, not just what works globally
  • Someone who can work independently, make decisions fast, and doesn't need everything spelled out
  • Bonus: experience with short-form video, content creation, or influencer coordination

What You Get

  • Full ownership of the brand from an early stage. This isn't inheriting someone else's playbook
  • Direct access to the founder and the ability to shape strategy, not just execute it
  • The chance to build something that becomes genuinely recognisable in Libya
  • Competitive salary based on experience

How to Apply

Send us your portfolio and a short note on why seyartech interests you. Show us, don't tell us. (info@seyartech.com)
