Senior Marketing Leadership Role

Reporting to the CEO
Technology Sector
Hybrid Working
Competitive Salary Depending on Experience

About the Company

Our client is a growing B2B technology company operating worldwide. They partner with leading manufacturers selling directly to enterprise and technology customers, and are backed by a global group of technology businesses. Having already proven the technology and the market opportunity, they’re now investing seriously in brand and marketing to become the recognised name.

The Role

This is a senior marketing leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll take real ownership from day one shaping brand, driving demand generation and strengthening a genuinely global partner network while staying hands-on with delivery through the first year. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Sales and Product teams, and thrive here if you’re just as comfortable setting strategy as you are getting stuck into a campaign yourself.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
