⭐️ Marketing Director

📍 London (Hybrid 2x)
💰 £90,000 to £100,000

Our client is a rapidly scaling premium drinks SME approaching £10m t/o. They’ve built exceptional momentum with strong national distribution across all major UK grocers, alongside a high-performing D2C channel. We’re looking for a commercially minded, data-driven marketing leader to step into a pivotal role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of brand and digital strategy, working within the senior leadership team to drive the next phase of growth. 🚀

Role & Responsibilities: 📋

Brand Strategy & Guardianship

  • Own the 12–36 month brand and marketing roadmap
  • Build brand equity, consistency and standout across all channels

Full-Funnel Marketing Leadership

  • Lead omnichannel campaigns across digital, trade, partnerships, content & community
  • Balance brand building with performance-driven acquisition & retention

Commercial & Performance Ownership

  • Drive ROI, ROAS, CAC, AOV and channel mix effectiveness
  • Translate spend into predictable acquisition, retention and payback

Innovation & NPD

  • Lead insight-driven NPD/EPD and category expansion beyond the core range
  • Shape future pipeline across functional drinks and emerging categories

D2C & Digital Oversight

  • Partner closely with Head of Growth to scale digital performance
  • Own D2C strategy, CRM, funnel optimisation and P&L

Trade & Retail Marketing

  • Develop standout trade marketing that drives sell-through
  • Align brand activity with grocery, Amazon and OOH execution

Marketing Funnel Management

  • Build systems, processes and measurement frameworks that scale

Team Leadership

  • Lead a growing team (Brand, Growth, Design, Community)

What’s on Offer? 🤝

  • Base Salary: £90,000 to £100,000
  • 25 Days Holiday + Xmas & NY period off + Bank Holidays
  • Remote Working 2 weeks pa.
  • Early Finish Fridays

Do you have the following to apply? ✅

  • Senior marketing experience: within a challenger or high-growth consumer brand
  • Strong omnichannel understanding: Grocery, Amazon, D2C, OOH
  • Proven experience building brands with conviction, creativity and efficiency
  • Strong grasp of consumer behaviour, trends and cultural relevance
  • Experience owning or contributing to D2C/ecommerce strategy
  • Comfortable operating in lean, fast-paced environments
  • Strong team leadership and cross-functional influence
  • Strategic thinker who can execute at pace
