Zachary Daniels are partnered with a fast-growing, digitally native womenswear brand known for its elevated aesthetic, trend-led collections, and strong social-first identity. Built around in-house design and a highly engaged online community, the brand has quickly established itself within the contemporary fashion space by blending premium-inspired styling with accessible price points.

The Role

As Head of Marketing, you'll lead the development and execution of a multi-channel marketing strategy, spanning brand, performance, and customer lifecycle. Working closely with founders and the wider leadership team, the Head of Marketing will play a key role in scaling the business sustainably, balancing creativity with commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the overall marketing strategy, driving both revenue growth and long-term brand equity
  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing marketing team, setting clear direction and priorities
  • Take full ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and clear ROI accountability
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention across all channels including paid social, paid search, SEO, affiliates, and partnerships
  • Oversee influencer, creator, and ambassador strategies, ensuring alignment with brand positioning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, eCommerce, Merchandising, Product, and Leadership teams
  • Ensure consistency across tone of voice, brand positioning, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across channels, markets, and audiences

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, with proven success in a senior leadership role within fashion or DTC eCommerce
  • Strong track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
  • Highly commercial mindset, with the ability to link marketing activity directly to revenue and growth
  • Strong creative instinct, with the ability to originate ideas and think beyond established strategies
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
  • Highly data-driven, confident using insights to optimise performance and demonstrate ROI
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets with clear accountability for results
  • Ability to identify emerging opportunities and scale new channels effectively
