Inca Restaurant was created to fill a unique space in the hospitality industry where guests can dine, dance, and experience professional storytelling performances in one setting. Role Description

The Head of Marketing at Inca Restaurant will lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy to grow brand awareness, drive reservations, and strengthen customer loyalty. This full-time, on-site role in the London Area, United Kingdom, involves:

The position will manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensure consistent brand messaging, and collaborate closely with operations, events, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with the guest experience. The Head of Marketing will:

  • Monitor performance metrics
  • Manage marketing budgets
  • Guide the marketing team
  • Identify new opportunities to position Inca as a standout destination in immersive hospitality

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management, including developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies.
  • Strong skills in Market Research to analyze customer behavior, hospitality trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Proven experience in Sales-focused marketing initiatives to drive traffic, reservations, and revenue growth.
  • Public Relations capabilities to manage media outreach, brand reputation, and storytelling around key events and launches.
  • Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or restaurant marketing, ideally within premium or experiential concepts.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a marketing team, work cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
