Head of Marketing

Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 base + bonus

Location: London – Hybrid

Work Type: Permanent

Role

We’re working with a growing B2B technology business operating within the communications, compliance and financial-services space as it enters an important stage of its international growth journey.

With a growing strategic partner ecosystem and an expanding commercial pipeline, the business is now looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to help shape how it goes to market and build the marketing function required for its next phase of growth.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a finished marketing machine.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the strategy, positioning and execution while working closely with Sales, Product and major strategic partners.

The go-to-market model is heavily partner-led, making this an opportunity to build a brand and demand-generation engine across a genuinely interesting B2B2B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute the marketing strategy alongside commercial leadership
  • Build positioning and messaging for a technical B2B proposition
  • Develop partner and channel marketing programmes
  • Work with strategic partners on joint go-to-market activity
  • Own demand-generation activity and support pipeline creation
  • Develop product and technical marketing content
  • Create sales enablement and partner enablement materials
  • Support content, digital, website and broader brand activity
  • Work closely with Sales and Product to translate technical capabilities into compelling market propositions
  • Establish the foundations, processes and measurement needed for marketing to scale with the business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why should I apply?

This is an opportunity to build rather than maintain.

You’ll join at a stage where strategic partnerships and commercial momentum are developing, but there is still significant scope to influence what the marketing function becomes.

You’ll have ownership across strategy and execution, work closely with senior leadership and play a central role in defining how the business positions itself, enables its partners and creates demand.

For someone who enjoys the pace and autonomy of a growing technology company and wants their work to have a visible commercial impact, there is a lot to get your hands around.
