Head of Marketing
If you’re a commercially minded marketing leader who combines a strong creative vision with broad digital marketing experience, this is an opportunity to take ownership of the marketing direction for a fast-growing business. You’ll have the chance to shape a distinctive brand while ensuring marketing activity delivers against wider commercial objectives. The business operates in a highly regulated market so pushing the boundaries of creativity whilst remaining compliant is critical.
This Head of Marketing role sits across strategy and delivery, bringing together brand, campaigns, digital, content and customer communications. You’ll lead a creative team, work with external agencies and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the business, with genuine scope to influence how the organisation presents itself and engages customers.
The role will suit someone who is as comfortable discussing commercial performance and customer journeys as they are developing creative concepts. Experience across automated customer journeys, digital marketing, brand development and creative production will be particularly valuable.
About You

- Confident communicator and stakeholder manager who can challenge constructively and bring senior teams with them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
