About the Role
We are looking for a senior, brand led marketer who is excited about building and putting their stamp on a role. A secret Yorkshire success story, our client has an outstanding presence and reach in their market but brand recognition is now an area of real focus. Whilst this role will have a strong focus on their B2C digital channels you will be responsible for the brand across all touch points within trade and retail.
You will bring with you a strong background in strategic brand marketing, with an ability to take this forward and execute campaigns. Yes strong on strategy but also be able to get into the detail and be hands on. You will know how to build a brand on and off-line and this will be a product focused brand in the B2C space. There is a team to manage and budget to develop this further. Ideal background is someone from consumer durables, fashion or home.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
