3Shape UK is a direct market with an established customer base and a growing network of reseller partners. The UK business is entering a critical growth phase, investing in building a world-class marketing capability to drive brand presence, demand generation, and customer engagement.
The Opportunity
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to take full ownership of the UK marketing and academy function — setting strategy, elevating execution, and leading a team in a high-growth market. Collaborating closely with European counterparts and the Global Marketing team in Copenhagen, you will directly influence 3Shape's expansion in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership & Commercial Impact
- Partner with the Country Manager to define and own the UK marketing strategy and growth priorities across customer segments and channels.
- Drive measurable demand generation across digital, events, and reseller marketing channels to support the UK sales pipeline.
- Champion the use of CRM and marketing automation tools to improve lead management, nurture flows, and performance reporting.
- Manage the UK marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI and commercial impact from all spend.

Academy & Education
- Oversee the 3Shape Academy in the UK — setting the training calendar and managing education programmes for customers and reseller partners.
- Work with the Global Training & Education team to localise curriculum content for the UK market.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives — including webinars, masterclasses, trade shows (e.g. DTS, BDIA), and KOL programmes.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports — setting clear objectives, providing regular coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Key Performance Indicators
- Achievement of quarterly and annual UK marketing and growth targets.
- Pipeline contribution (volume and quality): marketing-generated pipeline value, MQL-to-SQL conversion rate, cost per lead, and measurable revenue contribution.
- Digital performance: traffic, campaign engagement, and lead quality.
- Event and Academy attendance, NPS, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Training and development metrics for team and customers.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- 7+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role with direct reports.
- Proven experience owning a full marketing function — from strategy through to execution — in a product-led tech company.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, events, and channel/ reseller marketing.
- Commercially astute with the ability to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
- Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools.

Desirable
- Experience in dental, medical devices, or health tech sectors.
- Familiarity with the UK market landscape — including distributor and reseller dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
