Head of Marketing Analytics

£90,000-£110,000 + 10-20% Bonus
Remote (UK) | Initial Onboarding in The North

I'm working with a growing, PE-backed B2B services organisation to hire a Head of Marketing Analytics.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on helping the business make better commercial decisions through customer insight, segmentation, campaign analytics, and marketing intelligence. The organisation has grown significantly through acquisition and now operates across multiple service lines and international markets, creating a huge opportunity to unlock value from its data assets.

The opportunity

The business generates vast amounts of customer, operational, and service data but is only beginning to fully exploit its potential. They're looking for someone who can move beyond reporting and help answer questions like:

  • Which customers should we target?
  • What products or services should we offer them?
  • Which segments offer the greatest commercial opportunity?
  • How can we improve campaign effectiveness and lead conversion?
  • Where are the biggest growth opportunities hidden within the customer base?

This role sits at the centre of commercial decision-making, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Executive stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
