Head of Marketing Analytics

London (Hybrid) | Up to £150,000 + Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape a growing Marketing Analytics function within a highly successful digital business. Joining at a pivotal stage of its analytics journey, you will have the chance to influence strategic decision-making, build analytical capability, and drive measurable impact across customer acquisition, engagement, and growth initiatives.

The Role

You will lead the Marketing Analytics function, partnering with senior stakeholders across marketing, growth, and product teams to drive better business decisions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Marketing Analysts
  • Defining the vision and strategy for Marketing Analytics across the organisation
  • Partnering with leadership teams to solve complex growth and marketing challenges
  • Developing robust measurement frameworks for acquisition, CRM, and customer engagement activity
  • Improving attribution, marketing effectiveness, and investment decision-making
  • Driving the evolution and maturity of analytics processes, frameworks, and capabilities
  • Translating business questions into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ensuring analytical outputs are commercially focused, impactful, and aligned to business objectives

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Customer Analytics, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of marketing measurement, performance analysis, attribution, and customer growth metrics
  • Experience leading and developing analytics teams
  • Expertise in mobile app analytics, acquisition measurement, retention analysis, and customer lifetime value
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex analytics concepts effectively
  • Experience building or transforming analytics functions and improving capability maturity
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and technical detail
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modelling, CRM analytics, or customer value frameworks is advantageous
  • Exposure to financial services, fintech, or other fast-paced digital environments is beneficial
