Are you ready to take the lead in shaping how data drives world-class marketing at London Business School?
The Role
In this role, you will define and deliver a cutting-edge marketing analytics strategy, using advanced modelling and insight to understand and influence customer behaviour. You will ensure every marketing investment delivers measurable impact, while partnering with senior stakeholders to embed a data-led, performance-focused culture across the organisation.
You will lead and inspire a high-performing analytics team, building capabilities across areas such as attribution, experimentation, and predictive modelling. Working in a fast-paced, global environment, you will collaborate across teams to drive smarter decision-making, enhance campaign performance, and champion innovation in data, AI, and marketing technology—playing a key role in advancing the School’s strategic vision.
Main Responsibilities
- Well defined, clearly communicated and executed strategies and/or plans for areas of work
- Smooth operation of reporting cycle in own area producing highly- accurate data which informs decision making.
- Key Performance Indicators developed for area of work.
- Trusted adviser relationships developed with key stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder feedback.
- Development of high-quality policies and processes.
- Contribution to cross-School initiatives.
- Projects delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards.
- Accurate budgets developed, no overspend and value for money demonstrated.
- High-quality work delivered by contractors and agencies.
Who We Are Looking For
At least 10 years’ experience in marketing analytics, with a strong track record in ROI-focused measurement, MMM, attribution modeling, and experimental design.
Proficient in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, SQL, R/Python, CRM and email platforms (Salesforce preferred), Power BI/Datorama).

Ability to drive the data roadmap with our media agency and other partners.
Excellent stakeholder management and storytelling skills to communicate complex insights clearly and simply.
Deep understanding of digital and offline marketing channels and their interplay in complex customer journeys.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Confident oral and written communicator.
Desirable
- Awareness of AI tools and applications relevant to digital marketing, analytics, and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms (e.g. MS Dynamics, Salesforce).
- Understanding of international audiences and data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR)

At London Business School, we support Smart Working - a hybrid approach designed to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering the best outcomes for your role and the needs of our customers. All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community.
For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 2 days per week.
We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work
