Head of Marketing Analytics

London (Hybrid) | Up to £150,000 + 15% Bonus

The Role

You will be responsible for defining and scaling Marketing Analytics across the business, helping stakeholders understand marketing effectiveness and make better investment decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building the Marketing Analytics capability from the ground up
  • Establishing measurement, attribution, and reporting frameworks
  • Evaluating channel performance across digital and app marketing
  • Leading and developing a team of analysts
  • Partnering with marketing and product teams to drive growth
  • Working with tools such as GA4, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Google Ads, and Meta

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in Marketing Analytics
  • Expertise in marketing measurement, attribution, and conversion analysis
  • Hands-on GA4 and app analytics experience
  • Exposure to digital acquisition channels and performance marketing
  • Ability to build processes and frameworks in a scaling environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
