The speed read
Lead the charge at this established, independent, tech-forward brand design agency. It has compelling stories of new brands, rebrands and repositioning. You get the chance to get behind the brilliant thinking and beautiful creative work to help them keep building on their success.
This is a key hire for them and could be a career moment for you.
The facts
You will be looking to consolidate some really solid B2B agency marketing experience. You will want to demonstrate, develop and deepen your marketing brilliance in three areas:
- Generating, managing and executing a well oiled content engine and plan with an ‘always on’ mentality. You are happy to stay in the detail and make sure the detail is perfect. It will all be under your control.
- You have a really good nose for which channels: what, where, how and when. You love using tools to deploy and then assess effectiveness, iterate and go again.
- Collaborating very closely with the founders and senior team, to get the right stories harnessed in the right way. Everyone will have your back but they are busy, so they need you to push things through and make good calls as and when.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
