💼 About the Business

Osprey Engineering Solutions are working with a well-established UK B2B engineering and manufacturing technology business. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a commercially minded, hands-on Head of Marketing.

🔧 The Role

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, converting business strategy into a market-ready customer proposition. You'll build structured campaigns, content, digital activity, events and repeatable processes that generate genuine commercial opportunities — with Marketing and Sales working closely together through CRM, automation, lead nurturing and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the marketing plan in line with commercial priorities
  • Turn technical and commercial propositions into clear, compelling market-facing messaging and campaigns
  • Build a structured, campaign-led approach to demand generation
  • Partner closely with Sales on the end-to-end commercial process
  • Develop lead capture, nurturing, re-engagement and follow-up processes
  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI and Microsoft Power Platform tools
  • Lead website, digital, email and LinkedIn strategy
  • Develop the commercial strategy for exhibitions, events and technical events
  • Strengthen sales enablement through case studies, presentations and collateral
  • Introduce clear marketing measurement, including pipeline contribution

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
