We’re partnering with a growing retail brand that’s looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead its marketing function and support the next stage of its growth.
This is a broad, commercially focused leadership role with responsibility for the overall marketing strategy across brand, digital, performance and customer marketing. You’ll lead a team of seven direct reports and work closely with senior leadership to shape campaigns that strengthen the brand, engage customers and deliver measurable commercial results.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the marketing strategy and annual calendar, overseeing activity across paid media, social media, brand, CRM, loyalty, influencers and PR.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering a joined-up marketing strategy aligned with the company’s commercial objectives.
- Leading, supporting and developing a multidisciplinary marketing team of seven direct reports.
- Overseeing integrated campaigns, product launches, brand activations, events and experiential marketing.
- Managing the marketing budget, setting clear KPIs and using performance insight to improve return on investment.
- Working closely with senior leaders and internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience across digital and retail channels.

About You
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Senior marketing leadership experience gained within a retail business. Fashion retail experience would be particularly advantageous.
- Broad knowledge across brand, digital and performance marketing, with experience managing multichannel campaigns.
- A strong track record of leading and developing an in-house marketing team.
- Commercial confidence, including experience managing substantial budgets, performance targets and agency relationships.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance long-term brand building with immediate trading priorities.

Location
The position is based in Romford, with an expectation of spending three to four days a week in the office. The location is commutable from areas including Brentwood, Hornchurch, Upminster, Dagenham, Ilford, Chigwell, Loughton, Epping, Chelmsford and surrounding parts of Essex and East London.
