About Flash Delivery

Flash Delivery helps UK convenience stores launch their own local delivery service through our app.

Retailers get:

  • 0% commission
  • In-store prices for customers
  • An exclusive local delivery territory
  • Support launching and growing their online sales

We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a commercially-minded creative operator who can own both marketing production and revenue growth.

This is not a traditional graphic design role. You will create the ads, offers, campaigns and systems that generate leads, close retailers and increase customer value through upsells.

The Role

You will own Flash Delivery’s marketing from end to end:

  • Generate demand through B2B advertising.
  • Convert leads into booked calls.
  • Help sales convert retailers.
  • Move new retailers into the right upsell plans.
  • Create campaigns that increase retention and lifetime value.
  • Turn winning ideas into repeatable marketing systems.

You will work closely with the sales, onboarding and growth teams to promote our additional plans, including marketing, automation, catalogue support and higher-level growth packages.

Your Responsibilities

B2B Advertising

  • Create and manage Meta ad campaigns targeting convenience-store owners.
  • Develop ads for audiences including Premier, SPAR, Nisa, Best-one, Costcutter and Go Local Extra retailers.
  • Build campaigns around proven commercial angles such as 0% commission, exclusive territory and protecting local sales.
  • Write strong hooks, ad copy, CTAs and landing-page messaging.
  • Track CPL, qualified leads, booked calls, show rate, close rate, CAC, ROAS and revenue.
  • Test new creative weekly and scale what produces results.
  • Every ad needs a clear hook, meat and CTA. The goal is not decoration. The goal is attention, understanding and action.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

AI Creative Production

    • AI-generated static ads
    • Claymation-style creative
    • 3D animated and cinematic styles
    • Stop-motion concepts
    • Cartoon and character-led ads
    • Podcast-style and founder-led creative
    • Retailer-to-camera ads
    • UGC-style ads
    • Product mockups and visual explainers
    • AI-generated video, voice and image assets
  • You will build prompts, workflows and templates so Flash can produce more creative without relying on retailers being filmed every week.
  • You must understand that different audiences require different awareness levels and creative angles.

Upsell and Revenue Growth

  • Own campaigns promoting Flash’s marketing and growth plans.
  • Create email, WhatsApp, webinar, presentation and sales-support assets.

  • Work with Growth Managers to identify common objections and buying triggers.
  • Improve conversion into higher-value plans and recurring revenue.
  • Create proof, case studies and educational content that make upsells easier to sell.
