We're looking for a marketing leader who knows how to build excitement, grow audiences, and create campaigns that people genuinely want to talk about.

This is an opportunity to take the reins across a portfolio of fast-growing shows and media brands, driving the strategy, creativity, and execution behind audience growth and engagement. You'll lead marketing campaigns that cut through the noise, build loyal communities, and deliver measurable commercial impact.

🚀 What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Growing audiences, engagement, and revenue across a portfolio of shows and products.
  • Using data and insight to optimise performance and continuously improve results.
  • Driving innovation, experimentation, and new ways of reaching audiences.
  • Building and developing a high-performing marketing team.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across content, social, product, and commercial functions to bring campaigns to life.
