Head of Marketing & Demand Generation

We're partnering with an ambitious and fast-growing technology business that is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing & Demand Generation to lead the next phase of its commercial growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on creating measurable demand, building pipeline and driving revenue. Working closely with Sales, Alliances and senior leadership, you'll shape and execute a marketing strategy that delivers results across new business acquisition, customer growth and strategic partner activity.

The Opportunity
As Head of Marketing & Demand Generation, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a growth-focused marketing strategy across a portfolio of technology solutions and managed services.
You'll lead a talented marketing function while partnering closely with sales teams, account managers and strategic technology partners to create a scalable demand generation engine that delivers qualified opportunities and measurable commercial outcomes.

Key focus areas will include:
- Driving demand generation and pipeline growth across priority markets and service lines
- Developing integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, webinars, ABM and partner channels
- Building stronger alignment between marketing and sales to improve conversion performance
- Creating customer growth programmes that support cross-sell, upsell and retention initiatives
- Developing compelling value propositions, messaging and content that resonate with target audiences
- Strengthening relationships with strategic technology partners and delivering joint go-to-market activity
- Enhancing marketing performance reporting, attribution and ROI measurement
- Leading and developing the marketing team while bringing pace, structure and accountability
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with senior B2B marketing leaders who can demonstrate a strong track record of building demand generation programmes that create tangible commercial results.
You'll bring:
- Significant marketing leadership experience within technology, IT services, managed services, SaaS, cloud, cyber security or professional services
- Proven success delivering pipeline-focused demand generation campaigns
- Experience working within sales-led B2B organisations
- Strong knowledge of lead generation, campaign optimisation and marketing performance metrics
- Experience collaborating with strategic partners and alliance ecosystems
- Expertise across digital marketing, events, content, ABM and customer marketing
- Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to decision making
- Experience leading teams, agencies and senior stakeholder relationships

Highly Desirable
Experience within a Microsoft Partner, MSP or IT services environment would be particularly valuable, alongside exposure to areas such as:
- Microsoft 365
- Azure
- Copilot
- Power Platform
- Data & AI
- Security solutions
- Customer lifecycle and retention marketing
