Head of Marketing (DTC / E-commerce)
DTC / E-commerce – Highly regulated and restricted brand space
Remote | Part-time → Full-Time Potential
About the Brand:
A fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand with a highly engaged community and strong cultural identity.
- With 57,000+ customers and 170,000+ followers, our products are known for bold voice, strong retention, and a high-performing email ecosystem (78% open rates).
- We launch seasonal collections, community-driven drops, and always-on campaigns across multiple channels — and we’re now scaling into new products, markets, and growth opportunities.
The Role:
We’re not just looking for a marketer. We’re looking for a marketing leader who builds systems, leads teams, and drives growth end-to-end.
This is a senior leadership role where you will own the entire marketing function — strategy, execution, performance, and team leadership.
You are the bridge between founders and execution.
- When something breaks, you fix it.
- When something is missing, you build it.
- When direction is needed, you set it clearly and fast.
What You’ll Own:
Strategy & Growth:
- Own the marketing strategy and campaign calendar (4–6 weeks ahead)
- Align email, paid media, creative, and partnerships into one system
- Make performance-driven decisions across all channels

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
