Role Overview
The Channel Company is seeking a Head of Marketing, EMEA & APAC to lead marketing activity across the Communities portfolio.
Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, the role is responsible for developing and delivering marketing plans that support audience growth, event performance, engagement, and commercial objectives across EMEA and APAC.
The role manages a small international team consisting of 2 team members in the UK, 1 team member in Malaysia, and a contractor.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management, marketing planning, and campaign execution in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing plans across EMEA and APAC.
- Manage, coach, and develop a small international team.
- Lead integrated campaigns across events, email, digital, social, and web channels within the events and media business.
- Drive audience engagement, registrations, and campaign performance.
- Work closely with editorial, events, audience, operations, design, and global marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, joined up, and delivered to a high standard.
- Contribute to marketing planning and prioritization for the Communities portfolio.
- Manage campaign budgets and regional priorities.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Ensure activity is delivered effectively across multiple markets and time zones.

Experience
- 10+ years' B2B marketing experience.
- Previous people management experience.
- Strong event and digital marketing expertise.
- Experience developing and delivering marketing plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working across international markets.
- Data-driven with strong commercial awareness.
