Are you an experienced international marketer looking for the opportunity to shape the growth of an ambitious wellness brand across Europe?

We're partnering with a fast-growing D2C wellness brand to find a Head of Marketing – Europe to lead its growth across two key markets, Spain and Germany.

With an established presence in the UK and ambitious international plans, this is a pivotal hire for the business. You'll sit at the heart of its European growth strategy, combining global brand direction with local market insight to build campaigns that resonate culturally and deliver meaningful commercial growth.

The Role

You'll lead the marketing strategy across Spain and Germany, working with established local teams and global stakeholders to drive brand growth across DTC, retail, and Amazon.

  • Lead and develop the marketing teams across Spain and Germany.
  • Shape and execute market strategies across brand, digital, PR, influencer, partnerships, and events.
  • Identify new opportunities to accelerate growth across both markets.
  • Bring local consumer, cultural, and competitor insight into the wider global strategy.
  • Work with agencies and internal teams to deliver ambitious, integrated marketing plans.
  • Own performance and ensure marketing activity translates into measurable commercial results.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading marketing teams within a high-growth consumer business.
  • Fluent in Spanish or German, ideally both.
  • Strong international marketing experience, ideally building brands in non-home markets.
  • Background in premium brand, lifestyle, wellness, or beauty.
  • Strong understanding of DTC and omnichannel marketing.
  • Experience across influencer, PR, partnerships, and talent-led marketing.
  • Commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • An inspiring leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
