Head of Marketing Europe

London (UK) or Lyon (France) Area | Hybrid | Full-time
Reporting to the GM Europe

The opportunity

Kurage is looking for a Head of Marketing Europe with an established network within the private neurorehabilitation ecosystem to define and execute our European marketing and go-to-market strategy and support the growth of NeuroSkin® across our priority markets.

This is a hands-on growth and market development role combining strategy, demand generation, ecosystem engagement, partner activation and Inside Sales management. We are looking for someone who already knows the key private neurorehabilitation and neurophysiotherapy organisations and has existing relationships with neurologists, clinical and business leaders.

You will work closely with the GM Europe, Sales and Clinical teams, and coordinate with the Digital Marketing team in Canada to turn marketing activities into qualified leads, active partners and commercial opportunities.

About Kurage

Kurage is transforming neurological rehabilitation through NeuroSkin®, a connected rehabilitation platform combining wearable Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES), smart sensors, AI-powered movement analysis and personalised rehabilitation programmes.

NeuroSkin® supports people living with neurological conditions including Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease and incomplete Spinal Cord Injury, helping improve mobility and rehabilitation from clinic to home.

European Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Define and execute the European marketing and GTM strategy across priority markets, including B2B, B2C and Hospital-to-Home models, and assess new market and access opportunities
  • Define target audiences, positioning, value propositions, key messages and activation plans by country
  • Translate European commercial priorities into actionable marketing plans and tools

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
