Role Purpose
The role of Head of Marketing will be the first dedicated marketing hire in Europe, leading the development and execution of XREAL's European marketing strategy and serving as the key marketing partner to the European business. This is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership and autonomy to build the European marketing function from the ground up, translating global product and brand strategy into impactful local initiatives.
Key Responsibility
- European Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across key European markets, aligned with XREAL's global brand and business objectives.
- Storytelling & Product Marketing: Translate complex technology and product features into compelling consumer propositions, positioning based on market and consumer insights.
- Integrated Campaigns: Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across PR, media, KOL/influencer, social, content and events, ensuring strong and consistent execution across markets.
- Agency & Partner Management: Build and manage a strong network of European marketing agencies and external partners across PR, media, KOL/influencer, creative and events.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and continuously optimize marketing strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with European Sales/GTM, HQ Marketing and Product teams to align marketing priorities, product launches and commercial objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Industry Experience: 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in European consumer technology, consumer electronics or other high-tech industries.
- European Marketing: Proven experience developing and executing marketing programs across multiple European markets, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics.
- Full-stack Marketing: Strong experience across product marketing, PR, media, KOL/influencer, events and agency management, with the ability to be both strategic and hands-on.
- Tech & Consumer Passion: Genuine passion for technology and the ability to understand products, consumer demographics and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
- Operational Agility: Highly hands-on, resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight timelines.
- Communication: Native-level English communication skills with strong storytelling and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Location & Work Authorization: Based in London and legally authorized to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
